Founded in Dana Point, Ca in 2025. 

Made for the women who find strength in the sea

Founded by a girl from a small town with a big dream. Growing up in the heart of the surf industry, founder Mason Grey was born into a deep connection to the ocean and the surf community. Greenroom Swim was inspired by the community that helped raise her. Not only was Mason fueled by her passion for surfing and advocating for the ocean, but also trying to mend a gap between generations. As women, we have to remember to respect and advocate for each other, in and out of the water.

Our surfing is not defined by our gender.

 

Greenroom Swim is unapologetically rooted in empowerment, the power of the ocean, and authentic sisterhood - all tied together by the respect for our earthly playgrounds and a call to challenge the norms of surf culture.

 

Greenroom Swim was inspired by the women out in the ocean. Whether diving into the depths, riding waves, or relaxing on land, we design eco-friendly styles that are ready to meet you in and at the sea. Encouraging women to embrace the power of the ocean within by celebrating the connection between mind, body, and sea.

Our mission is to create eco-conscious swimwear that supports, empowers, and celebrates all women in and out of the water. Whether they are surfing, diving, exploring, or simply existing by the sea.

"Greenroom Swim was designed to push the limits of the surfing industry. To encourage women to paddle out in a lineup of all men, because we belong out there, too. It is still a constant battle to earn respect as a woman in the lineup, and I think those days need to come to an end."

Greenroom Swim is ethically handmade in Indonesia. All of our fabrics are recycled Carvico Vita and REPREVE. Both fabrics are made from recycled materials, reducing environmental impact. They are ensured to meet high environmental and safety standards. All dyes are eco-friendly dyes. Each package is 100% recycled paper, and our hangtags are hand-made out of recycled packaging.
The community is what inspires and motivates us. Greenroom Swim is built on a community of ladies who encourage and empower one another. Through direct feedback and discussions on the need for new and creative designs, our community is at the heart of our brand.
All of our designs are hand-drawn and inspired by the community and the beautiful coast we live along. Art has been a part of Mason's whole life, passed down by generations. She did not discover her artistic abilities until the pandemic. Her special eye for detail and creativity blossomed into a new artistic outlook other than surfing. Each design is curated with the connection of women and the ocean in mind.
